This is the only payments we accept please dont request other payment terms as they will be refused.

 

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped by regular registered airmail, unless the customer asks to upgrade to faster shipping by ems.

Regular shipping times are 5 to 21 days depending on your location worldwide.

Ems shipping times are 3 to 5 days excluding islands and rural areas.

If your item is lost we will track it and once comfirmation is back stating undelivered, We will either send you a new product or if that product is out of stock you will be refunded the same way you paid.

Please note we do not regard a parcel lost untill 30 working days after the item is sent , As items do sometimes get lost or delayed by the postal services.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

If your item is broken upon delivery please return it within 7 days and we will send replacement or repair and get it back to you asap.

Your item must be shipped back in same condition as it was sent thank you.

We will only refund someone if the item is not in stock.

If you return a item or cancel a order there is a 10% restocking fee.

When returning your item make sure you send by registered post.

when returning a item to NINTENDA all shipping costs is made by the customer. NINTENDA will cover all shipping costs back to the customer.

 

WARRANTY:

If your product is covered by a manufacture warranty please make sure you register your product with them.

if you have registered your manufacture's warranty please contact them for support

If your product is covered by a manufacture's warranty, NINTENDA will not cover that product you must deal with the manufacture. So please read the advert carefully so your fully aware of the products warranty.

If you product has NINTENDA warranty make sure you register the warranty online or send the card back that was sent with the product. If you dont register the warranty you cannot claim for your product's warranty.

NINTENDA warranty starts as soon as the product is shipped. But to activate that warranty you must register the product first.

Any product covered by NINTENDA is return to base, This means the customer pays the shipping cost back to us. NINTENDA will cover shipping costs back to you.

If your product is out of warranty and is broken we offer repair service on certain items please contact us to see weather we are able to help you. We have great repair rates.
